This is just a couple of more examples of the problem of the poor state of our mental health care in America.

We have a mentally ill person being warehoused on public transit presenting a clear danger to themselves and others, but who is now in jail after an incident on the Gold Line. And we have an example of a mentally ill troll on AP who gets off on it.

Is it possible that both of these individuals are suffering from the same paranoid delusional condition and are both off of their medication?
