If you don't think I haven't tried to do all of these suggestions already, you don't know me very well. Up to now, they have been too hot of a political issue to get much done. Maybe this event will help move something along-but I'm not holding my breath. Meantime, I try to do my best to protect them. I never thought someone would grab a sawsall and cut the whistle off the WP 146--it just didn't enter my mind.
