Traffic cams are still on but tickets are not being issued in Davenport,IA as lawsuit regarding constitutionality is in Iowa courts....If ruled against City of Davenport will have to return 1.5 million in fines already issued to taxpayers and loss of cost of equipment...
maybe they'll be able to sell them to Tacoma....
