What gets me is that they keep saying this project is "Creating Jobs". What they are doing is counting every worker that spends a little time on the job. Should it really be worth bragging about if the jobs they are creating only last from a few weeks to a few months? The only permanent jobs they are creating are for the consultants and managers who spend their time trying to figure out how to drag this thing out.
