I know. That's why I wanted to know where the illegal Chinese biolab was in relation to the the SJVRR. Did it have a rail spur? Was it an active shipper? What was the Car Location Inventory Control number for the nearest rail spur? Was Ebola virus offloaded from freight cars via conveyor belt or palletized containers using fork lifts? Many questions.
