Actually, I've done my best to stay away from professional treatment by qualified people, because, many times, they prescribe psychotropic drugs, and we should all do our fair share to decline offers for those types of drugs so they can be disbursed upon elementary, intermediate and high school students. Remember when we used to ration gas, sugar and meat during World War II? Same thing here.
