Even simple things like adding cooling fluid required a hand pump because it was designed without a big enough radiator opening and each engine had its own radiator. Did I mention it overheated on hot days regularly requiring the engine panel doors be left open.Many times this engine created undue stress for the guys running it as we wondered if we would break down blocking a crossing with our train or God forbid holding up SMART. I don't see the 2001 in Schellville anymore. Any photos of it at Levin,s would make me very happy.
