IMHO, some of the previous posters have made right on comments to this subject. I particularly agree with Carol & Rich. What I also see is that fixes to some of these problems today are not cheap or simple, but that old principle of people helping each other has gone a long ways. What really warms this old guys heart is when I see one organization swapping equipment with another and they both profit from the deal. This has happened here in California of late and everyone's the winner.
Another fine example is the two groups working together in Niles Canyon.
Getting back to Sacramento...the important thing is that these machines got saved in the first place. It sometimes is necessary down the road for things to shake out and that sometimes means that they end up somewhere else, again maybe to their betterment.
