Washington Corp. still has the Livingston, MT facility, but a lesser known shop is the SRY Railink (sound like MRL?) one in New westminster, BC.

It has been busy in the past decades rebuilding and retro-fitting locomotive parts. Quite noteably, the first batch of CP AC4400's got cycled through that smaller than CEECO shop just months after being in service.
Right now, it looks similar to the "garage sale" appearance of CEECO's facility. This little shop has been explained to me by officials of SRY about how important it is to the geographical area, and how many unique services it can provide because of the specialized crew. This reminds me of the old BC Rail shops in Squamish, BC that specialized in ALCo repairs.
