Caltrain's Electrics Stopped by "outside intervention"

Power failed, trains stopped on Monday. Fixed by Tuesday. I can just hear the "would never have happened with diesels" crowd crowing. Did BART have a power failure around San Bruno-Millbrae at the same time? Are BART and Caltrain on different PG&E circuits?
