Nope, not shared freight/LRT tracks/operations, just a separate freight track sharing the same ROW, as the LRT. The Pasadena ML sub next to the Goldline from Irwindale to Pomona is a similar situation.
San Diego with the freight operating directly on the same tracks to the border crossing and on the branch is one of the few such mixed freight/LRT operations under wire. "Wireless" systems like Arrow, Sprinter, and Austin are usually technically considered to be commuter rail systems, not LRT.
San Diego evolved in a unique situation. Most modern wired/high-capacity LRT systems using RR ROW install a separate LRT system using the ROW in places where there is no longer
carload freight demand (abandoned lines). Where there are on-line freight customers and demand, the shared ROW alternative is often just much easier to do (operating windows, safety, regulations, maintenance, clearances, etc., etc., etc....).
