You need to take Sacramento off your "shares track" list. They don't. The share a lot of rail r/w, some owned by RT (e.g. the "Placerville Industrial Lead" operated by UP) and some owned by UP itself (e.g. the Sacramento Sub along the Blue Line and the eastern end of the Martinez Sub between Swanston and Arden-Arcade), and that YT allegedly showing sharing was taken on the Blue Line where the UP (former WP) main and the light rail tracks run next to each other. Yes, there's a fence between them, and in some places a fair space; it's sharing a r/w not the tracks. With the crossing of the Green Line gone (the track was a spur mainly used for loading out trains of "dirty dirt" from the old Sac Shops and Yard area being redeveloped, now large done), SacRT has no connection with freight rail tracks on its system.
