Sir,
Depending on the length of your ROW, you might try rigging together three (3) lawn mowers. When I was stationed in Hawaii, in the early 80s, I was a frequent visiter to the Oahu Railway. They had a contraption for weed cutting that was 100% free (donated by the US Navy). Three lawn mowers that were welded to an angle iron frame. The crew was usually 2 guys - 1 on a push cart (pushing the mowers) and a second operating the thier speeder. Sometimes the guy mowing would just walk the ROW.
