Not for many years, if ever... Kemper Freeloader is working hard to derail any plans for light rail, commuter trains or any other form of mass transit in Bellevue.

I hope that 20 years from now, when the traffic is so bad they finally pull their collective heads out of their... uh, sand, yeah, that's what I was thinking, and build commuter rail and light rail systems they bypass Kemper's mall completely and make folks walk 10 blocks to get there. It would serve him right.
