All, It appears from various news snippets I could find that GNP/Ballard was selected by Snohimish County or some other agency to operate the line. I have no full idea what this means. In all I am rather amazed whomever is the current operator, the line is not being used for at least rail car storage.

Anyone car to dig more into this?
