BNSF Woodinville Subdivision - Lake Washington

Hello,
1) Does anyone have the current state of the Lake Washington Rail line from Renton to Snohomish with branch to Redmond? I believe it is called the BNSF Woodinville Subdivision,
2) Since the I-405 tunnel was daylighted and cut the line in two, is there any reason why BNSF has not used it for rail car storage other than NIMBY reasons?
3) Is the spurs in the light industrial area of Bellevue (Bel-Red Road area) still actively being served?
4) Any progress on bringing back the dinner train?
5) Is any activity on the small spur off of Willows road near 90th in Redmond?
6) Any discussion of building a business relationship with the wineries Cheateau ste Michelle or Columbia Crest or any other industrial shipping near Woddinville along WA-202?
Overall, it seems like the line is just waiting for the government to step up and reinvest in it more for public transit......
Thanks,
Chad
