You wouldn't recognize much of you're old stomping grounds, Ken, especially around Fruitvale Avenue.
On the south side of Fruitvale is the multi-level BART parking structure, with the pick up and drop off area south of that.
On the north side of Fruitvale is a paved parking lot.
On the north side of 29th, a linear public storage facility has been built on the R-O-W all the way to about 26th.
North and south of High Street the R-O-W is a mixture of 60% ballast, 40% trash dump.
