Last time I checked, northbound through auto trains, albeit empty were not repos. It's not a fortune producing operation, but it is through trains. It still baffles me how many foamy foamers seem to be more concerned with railroad company revenues and trivial amounts of tax dollar subsidy than enjoying the damn hobby.
I bet if they ran repos over the Modoc Line (if track were intact) half the foamers in the state would be there. Keep this in mind as the cans, empty autos, Scumtrak and anemic Santa Margarita turns keep the rust off north end of the Coast.
