CTA's neighbors' possible / probable solution

Their 90 degree turns around the Loop precede the development of virtually all adjoining buildings, or their remodels. Therefor, the owners "must" have specified soundproofing on their CTA faces.

I remember lunch at the favorite railfan restaurant with the great view of the Northwest crossing and junction. Heard nothing but my associates' and our waiter's voices.

Therefor, CTA doesn't have a problem. Logical?
