NY Times article on $5.3B Sacramento Railyards project by Thomas Enterprises.
Paints the project in a good light, but the project has been progessing in 1 foot forward, 2 back steps for years.

I wonder if HSR will arrive in Sacramento before the Railyards project is completed....

The Sac Bee has a good number of more timely articles in its archives.
