The latest contractor hired to do early street grading and preliminary infrastructure has pulled off the job, reportedly due to non-payment by Thomas Enterprises. Security is also noticibly absent from the entrance gate for the past 3 weeks. Thomas' website still is filled with glowing positive propaganda about dollars just about to arrive... Meanwhile, the CSRM volunteers continue to get jerked around by phantom deadlines to vacate facilities for imminent repair work that never comes to pass.
