Reread Al's post on the PUC order, then go to the AAR clearances, and the FRA's, no there is nothing difficult relating to catenary regarding freight clearances, if they follow established standards. If they do, there is no height compatibilty issue regarding freight. There is no need for a third rail.

This is only another set of problems created by this incompetently mismanaged, unaccountable, and uncontrolled CHSRA money train. It would be comical,in a way, but for the fact that they actually are in charge of billions of your dollars in bonded debt...........which you and I, as a taxpayers, are obligated to pay off, when this thing crashes.
