Glad to see you got some photos of the cars.

Marcus Brown indicated he was heading for Portola to go look at the cars when I was at the coast a few weeks ago.

I do seem to remember some financial estimates to restore the cars in some of the newspaper articles about the V&T reconstruction effort in Nevada papers maybe a year or so ago. Sierra at the time discussed building new cars at a substantial savings over doing anything with these cars. But I could have a faulty memory on that.

I hope THA can find a reasonably protected place to store them once they get to the coast...
