Conrad Yelvington has sand and gravel plants just south of the Orlando depot and also near the Amtrak yard in Sanford. The Orlando plant used to have two Alcos, but I think they have an EMD now. The Sanford plant has a GP9 or GP30. Shortline Florida Central is headquatered in Plymouth, a few miles northwest of Orlando--you can often find one or two units (CF7s/Geeps) there as well as several vintage passenger cars. The CSX yard is in Taft, south of downtown Orlando, along (I think) South Orange Ave. Power is visible from the street when parked on the wye, and can also be shot from the parking lot of an adjacent gas station/mini-mart. Florida Central also shows up there, probably once a weekday.
