Frank Bayliss got his wood NWP caboose directly from the NWP. Gus was running his operation by the late 60's. I spent many a night in Frank's caboose while I went to Humboldt St in the late 60's. My roomate and I spent a lot of weekends working for Frank helping to build the Alton and Pacific RR. We even got to run the Henshel 0-4-0 steamer on several occassions.
