Hey Ken,
From day one?! That's pretty impressive, as I remember my dad occasionally taking me to the Emeryville site when I was a young kid. The place was already an old going concern by then (especially the O gauge) - and I'm 60+ years old!
I look forward to reading about it. If your knowledge is direct, you are obviously considerably older than I. But If it's from your dad or granddad, or someone else; how they passed it all on to you would also be a very interesting story. So please indulge us all on that too.
