Is this the property next to OMSI that the Foundation was trying to get? If so, hooray!!! It's a start.

Sammie, how will the future MAX extension through the OMSI area affect this project? If I correctly read your reply to my posting regarding the Portland Streetcar extension, the new MAX alignment will come right through that same general area.

You mentioned that the MAX ROW will cross your line at grade. Is this right where your track crosses Caruthers Street, or will the alignments cross further north?
