YEP, couldn't agree more! Amtrak is worse than freight. There's one breed of oldheads and that's the baby boomers. Many were born 1948~52 making them close to retirement. Amtrak is hiring kids to replace them, barely drinking age if that. The problem is their INEPTITUDE at life! I've never seen so many retards. It didn't use to be a problem because the balance of the crew were oldheads. Most young crews are now Dumb/Dumber/Dumbest just like the movie.
