In the earlier thread about the excursion train, you mentioned that Watco would have to put back in the siding by the hardware store in Pullman, they just pulled it up last week, which begs the question as to why they would do that (since it was in decent shape), and how you will get Watco to do anything (my tangles with them, they even give the STB/FRA the finger and just pay the fine and do whatever they want)?? Thanks for your time.
