Our feelings do not matter one wit; we're all big boys here. But each poster on this forum does value his self-respect. You should too - and not engage in foul uncivil or threatening behavior; or speech. Don't give off even the mere appearance of evil.

If you think you have and axe to grind or a point to make, then make your complaint in a civil manner, and keep specific personalities out of it; we then just might take your complaints more seriously - even if we ultimately disagree, so be it.

But if not - you will get nowhere.

You should not deprive yourself of the benefits of this forum. Our Forum moderator is obviously a very tolerant man. But there are, and must be - limits. No venue exposed to the public, can put up with personal threats being passed through it. That plainly crosses the line. There can be serious legal problems if such posts are not promptly removed. Remember, even a mere threat can be charged as a misdemeanor assault - a crime. And we would not want the owner of this forum to be implicated in any way. Would we!

I would side with you smitty195, if Mr Curlee were censoring opinions (especially political ones) just because he disagrees with them. But he has not ever done that. Indeed, one cannot tell which side of the fence he is on. Such apparent neutrality in the issues of the day is very refreshing to find in a media outlet - And it is getting more rare every day. We ought to be thankful that he continues to provide that.

Let us all support Mr Curlee in keeping this place a good place to spend some time.
