I am not sure what the big deal about using a pseudonym is. Frankly, I don't personally know most on this board and so using a real name is meaningless. However, there is good reason for many on this board to use a pseudonym. They are railroad professionals, who may at times criticize or provide information about their employer which may be upsetting. We all enjoy such information - it is a valuable resource for railfans who want "the inside scoop." By removing anonymity, you will also remove this source of information. So by all means, post your own name. But don't complain about others not using theirs (hence dodging the real issue).
