This whole situation just got a whole lot more complicated. The track on the UP side that was traded for the NP track was not part of the deal with city just with WATCO/WASDOT. So it was much to everyones supprise that it was removed. WATCO has no answer as to why it was removed. So to how this will all shake out I dont have a clue. WATCO was to leave the three switches that where not on main and this was not done either. So right now WATCO/WASDOT are working on a way to fix this. The tax payers should come out nice on this because WATCO sure does not want to foul up deal with city. So the details are a little fuzzy right now but when that changes I will let you guys know. So if we get a new customer in Pullman they will load at fertilizer plant north of town, there is track and a lot of room up there. I did not answer all your questions but I hope that helps.
