He doesn't have that sort of pull with the Company and never did.

There is a solution or two, but BAERA is very reluctant to pay the necessary money, even with it's million dollar windfall. There is, or was, a lot of what could be used as feeder lying around in storage. Even if it isn't sufficient, it should be installed as a partial feeder, so to speak, in order to afford better protection to the 600 v dc distribution system.
