SERA 48 update

SERA 48 was vandalized in Watsonville sometime Wednesday night, with the apparent attempt to cause engine damage. It has since been moved to a different location. The Union Pacific Police Department is investigating. I don't believe railbuffs are considered being prime suspects, but this may effect how visitors/photographers are received.
