I don't think doing a "Google" search on anyone is an appropriate judge of ones' character. If he is a dangerous, parolled felon with a long record, then THAT is the reason to detain him, etc. The out of control paranoia is what's scary to me. The fact that you can Google someone and make a judgement when you don't know them. If I was on Scamtrak and over heard a 64 year old man yammering on the cell phone about being a terrorist and blowing @#$%& up and praise Allah and Al Qaeda, I'd laugh and think what a loon he is. I certainly wouldn't be scared or stop the train to have him detained. That sounds like a bigger disruption of public transit to me. I guess fear before common sense is the order of the day
BTW, This didn't happen in California, so like quoting a bible, your legal reference is irrelevent and making vague threats to no one ISN"T ILLEGAL.
