The reported location of the shooting is at least 4-5 blocks from the nearest railroad tracks in a mixed residential and commericial area known as Gresham. The nearest tracks appear to be a light rail line with no sidings visible in the area. It would seem that more questions need to be answered before any conclusions are reached.
