You seem to be confused, Gresham is part of the Portland area and is about 100 miles form the murder site. The place quoted in the press is on the tail track of a Y a little south of the P&W yard office. It is clearly visible on Google maps. The site is surrounded by industrial properties and is very close to a machine shop I work with. There are however pockets of low rent housing within walking distance.
