CW / P&L Awarded

The CW and P&L were operations were awarded by WSDOT late 5-2-07. The CW is going to U.S.Rail Partners Ltd, and the P&L is goig to the Washington and Idaho Railway Inc. This info is from the WSDOT rail office. Operations are subject to contrat negotiations and signings. But, this will have to happen really fast, as the start up date is June 1st.
