CW = Central Washington
P&L = Palouse & Lewiston

The CW runs from Coulee City, WA to Cheney, WA. The P&L from Moscow, ID to (sort of) Marshall, WA. They were BN spinoffs to the Palouse River & Coulee City (PCC), which is owned by Watco. They've since been bought by the State of Washington.
