As my name implies, I am a retired Amtrak Conductor and I wholeheartedly agree with your comments--1000%. When I was running my trains, my responsibility was the well being of ALL my passengers. Once some as*hole crossed the line into stupidity, he was no longer considered a passenger. He immediately became a soon to be discharged passenger-under his power or mine. He just punched his ticket for the next stop. And, sometimes, it was the next highway crossing. My favorite place to put them off was Corcoran. The cops in Corcoran don't play games. These guys are about 275#, 6'6", all muscle, bald head and NO NECK! These guys took many, many idiotts off my train. In fact, I would ignore a problem just to have them removed at Corcoran. As for helping the attorney, all I can say is-I WILL BRING THE ROPE!! In fact, I will bring two, one for the idiott and the other one for this douche bag scum that will try to "defend" him. Defend him,huhh! I always wanted to have a physical confrontation so I could break someones legs, ankles, thighs, arms and fingers. Yeah, I was going to take my revenge from being screwed with by all of the other idiotts in my career out on some poor idiott. Oh well, he wouldn't forget THAT mistake! Anyone that responds to this scum bag lawyer needs to be shot. They need to put him in front of them when they get shot so he is the first one hit. These people make me sick. AND a lot of times, Amtrak management supports THEM against US! We are damned if we do and damned if we don't. Anyway, I am retired, but still pissed off over this type of @#$%&. Hang 'em!
