Respectfully submitted, "Kitkat" did misspell the word "personnel." He wrote "personell." That kind of a spelling mistake from an "attorney" makes me wonder if the original post was a spoof.
As far as the retired Amtrak Conductor is concerned, and his spelling of the word "idiot" as "idiott," you may notice that the word is spelled correctly elsewhere in the post, so it's just a typo I would think.

I recently had occasion to ride from Oceanside Pacific Surfliner Train 785 on the day some poor soul was hit by a train earlier, backing up trains in both directions. As a result 785 was standing room only but the Amtrak crew, including the conductor, a former colleague from SP, soldiered on very well handling the crowd with all the courtesy they could extend. As people were getting off as the train approached LA the pressure from so many people decreased and a more relaxed atmosphere settled in. The Amtrak folks did well I think.
