Reactivation of long gone rail lines

Re NWP; an ex Minneapolis & St. Louis (C&NW now UPRR) line from Steamboat Rock to Ackley Iowa was just reactivated after decades in the grass, trees and mud. The ex SP line Rosenburg Texas southwest is in similar shape as NWP, a candidate for reopening, ditto the ex C&NW main from Shebygan Falls to Plymouth Wisconsin.
