Lots of folks around Sacramento are talking about rails to trails on the old CCT. One fly in the ointment, however:

That line has NEVER been abandoned. CCT still owns it. Its simply embargoed.

What does this mean? Who knows. But its interesting. I heard that they have a new customer at Woodbridge, so they're going father north than they have in a few years.
