Wow! This thread is better than an NWP barn burner. I sure would like to know what part of the Constitution guarantees the "right" you have proclaimed. Complaining about something you have no control over will only shorten your life. I have been on trips and staked out my spot only to have a group of chasers form a photo line behind me. Then I had to listen to them whine about me being in the way even though I arrived 30 minutes before them. On the other hand I have been staked out and had the chasers form the line in front of me. What is fair? Neither, its just life, don't worry about it. If you have a helicopter I say use it and don't worry about the little people. 99% of the photos taken are going to wind up in the trash someday anyhow.
