WATCO gone from CW Branch, Eastern Washington Gateway Railroad takeover 6/1/07

I was just reading on the WashDOT website regarding US Rail Partners taking over the CW Branch in Eastern WA with the name "Eastern Washington Gateway Railroad" on 6/1/07, as WATCO's last day of operation was 5/31/07 (Good riddence WATCO!).

I was just curious if anyone knew what kind of power is being used for this "new" shortline and if anyone knew if they are going to be based out of Cheney or Coulee City? Thank You in advance!
