See, I don't know who to believe. I just returned to California from a vacation that I went on to visit family in Pennsylvania. I took all kinds of photo's in and around stations and platforms in Los Angeles, Chicago, inside 30th St Station in Philly. The Platform in Philly, Sacramento, Washington DC. Not once was I confronted by Amtrak Police or anyone else about taking pictures. I know they knew I was, cause Amtrak PD walked right by me in Philly and saw me taking pictures. All that was said was hi as he walked by.
