Last March my 12 year old grandson was told by a BART employee on the Richmond platform that he couldn't take photos of the train. We were part of a group of ten and were waiting to board. He was among the group and not wandering around on his own. Seems a little ridiculous. I told him next time to pose a person just out of photo range and the perception would be that he was taking a people picture rather than a train picture.
