It's all a matter of luck, Robert... I've never been stopped at LAUPT, but one of the places I was thrown out of was Burbank... a station that I must have been to 100 times before without ever having once been question at. All it takes is one guard or LEO who doesn't know what the rules are.

My experience has been that as long as you are safe, act politely, and don't get in people's way, most places will end up being working out for you.
