Billboard notwithstanding (I'm from NorCal and neither know no care about the names and frequencies on said bilboard -- might attract more attention if it was an ad for a "gentlemens' club"), I notice that the second unit appears to have external fire damage and emits more diesel particulates than the other two. Maybe it's just grafitti - way to go UP Police. Does anyone else see this and if so, Charles/anyone, can you elaborate?
