The reasons stated as to why SMART would sue the NCRA did not include the political side. Supervisor Arnold who is on the SMART board opposed the creation of SMART and campaigned strongly against it .She has also opposed the resumption of freight service , has belittled the NCRA and is no friend of SMART or the NCRA. She is in cahoots with the Marin NCRA board members ( from Novato ) who also would love to see the NCRA disslove. Odd politics We have seen the enemy it is us.
